A native Washingtonian, Christopher has over 15+ years and $500+ million of professional experience as a licensed Realtor in the Washington, DC, Metro Area working alongside his mother Nancy Itteilag. In 2007 Nancy was ranked by Real Trends, as featured in The Wall Street Journal , as one of the top 10 real estate agents in the USA, and together, Chris and Nancy were ranked by their prior firm as the #1 Team in the DC Region in 2012, 2013, 2014, and again in 2015!

Christopher has handled countless upper-bracket transactions in luxury neighborhoods and buildings, including, but not limited to: Georgetown, Chevy Chase, Potomac, Bethesda, McLean, Cleveland Park, Glover Park, Downtown, Capitol Hill, Avenel, Somerset House I and II, Parc Somerset, Turnberry Tower, Water Street, The Ritz-Carlton, Harbourside, and the Watergate.
