PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Born and raised in Newport, Rhode Island, Jim is from a family with a long history of real estate, insurance and mortgage lending professionals. In 1989 Jim moved to Washington, DC, with the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) when they relocated their headquarters from Boston, Massachusetts. In 2001 Jim left NAIS to pursue a full-time career in real estate sales. He joined Washington Fine Properties from a competing firm in 2003. Jim works with first-time buyers, those downsizing, and other buyers and sellers in all price ranges. In addition to single-family sales, he has marketed and sold small commercial and multi-family properties and works with developers in the sale of condominiums and renovated single-family homes. Jim’s clients are loyal and often return for their next purchase and refer him to their friends, relatives, and business associates.
