Tammy first joined the Hatfield Weir Team at Washington Fine Properties in 2003, and subsequently became a partner. In her 20 years with the group, she has developed a keen understanding of the single-family home, condominium, and co-op markets, as well as the home mortgage industry and the financial considerations involved in a home purchase. Her clients value her knowledge of the DC housing landscape as well as her compassion, sense of humor and discretion. Prior to embarking on her career in real estate, Tammy worked with The Washington Campus, which educates business students and executives on public policy practices.
