Cara currently lives in Friendship, MD, on the Western Shore of the Chesapeake Bay with her family. She has previously lived in Alexandria, Arlington and Glover Park. Cara received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Loyola University Maryland and a Masters in International Affairs from Georgetown University.
