I write to give Kira Epstein my highest recommendation as a buyer’s and a seller’s agent. In 2014, Kira helped my husband and me sell a condominium and purchase a house in Washington, DC. We were happy with Kira’s performance in every respect. In the sale of the condo, Kira’s guidance was spot-on. At our first meeting, she offered valuable advice about how to prepare the space for showing and she accurately predicted the price we would ultimately obtain for the condo. Throughout the sale process, she was always available to answer questions and always practical in her counsel. I had lived in the condo for 12 years and felt that Kira respected any sentimental connection I had to the place. At the same time, Kira was skillful in guiding me towards the best outcome for us both financially and with respect to practical considerations, such as timing our move-out to facilitate moving into our new house. In the purchase of our house, Kira also shined. She offered excellent up-front advice about how to prioritize our wish list and how to manage our expectations. When we found a house we loved, Kira guided us through the difficult path of negotiating the purchase. Above all, she always listened to us. We never felt that she was pushing us towards the purchase in order to benefit her or speed things up. She helped us procure our dream house in very short order — but if it had taken us nine months instead of one month to do so, I know she would have been just as patient through the entire process.
I want to especially highlight the excellent service Kira provided after the consummation of our house purchase. Unfortunately, the seller and his agent fell short of fulfilling their contractual duties and important repairs were left undone. Kira’s assistance was invaluable in remedying the situation. It is plain to us that the necessary repairs would not have been made without Kira’s help. That was true both of an unfinished repair that was immediately apparent and one that did not become apparent to us for several months. Kira said repeatedly, “I won’t disappear” — and she did not. We will certainly use Kira for our next real estate adventure and I encourage you to do the same.

Since we are relatively new to the DC area, Kira's knowledge of DC and Maryland was a huge asset.
