In the summer of 2021 Liz guided us successfully in selling our 80-year-old Chevy Chase house. She advised us on which aspects needed to be improved to the best possible condition, suggested replacements for a few out-of-style ceiling light fixtures, and in numerous other ways helped to make the house even more appealing to potential buyers. We ultimately decided the best approach was to use a staging professional while we moved out, employing the person long relied upon by Liz, who created an excellent design.
