Bobbie represented me as a buyer and was a real pleasure to work with. Her temperament may not seem like it, but she is highly strategic, and this translates into someone that is looking out for your interests and will work very hard to ensure that you prevail. Bobbie understands the needs of the current buyer — and in my case, someone that travels a lot. That first night she walked me through every component of the necessary documentation until past 1:00 AM while we were both on the phone, and when I returned to DC, she met with me late in the evening in person.
Bobbie made the entire deal easy. She also comes equipped with a network of additional contacts, when I needed an inspection, it happened the next day. When we needed an estimate on some major plumbing work, it happened immediately. She even introduced me to the mortgage broker. Her referral was able to get me a better loan.
