I have to admit I was most impressed with the speed and efficiency at which Daryl Judy worked to close the deal on my first home purchase. I had been renting in Northwest DC for a year, and prior to the expiration of my lease I knew I wanted to buy a house. I met Daryl Judy during an open house he was hosting in Georgetown, and when I mentioned the type of house I was looking for, he immediately showed me a listing of all transactions in the area for the past six months, as well as current listings, which I found very helpful.
