Julia has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and is currently a Sales Associate in the office of Mary Grover Ehrgood at Washington Fine Properties (www.wfp.com/MaryEhrgood). Mary is a veteran real estate agent with over 30 years of experience in the Washington metropolitan area. Julia is experienced in working with a wide range of clients ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned real estate investors in all price points and types of residential real estate, including upper-bracket houses, condominiums and new construction.
Previously, Julia worked for Carmen Group, Inc., Washington’s leading lobbying and consulting firm, as a registered lobbyist representing colleges and universities, charter schools, hospitals and healthcare providers before Congress and the federal government. In 2008 Julia received Carmen Group’s Proven Leader Award in honor of her personal and professional contributions toward advancing the excellence of the firm’s operations, performance and reputation. Prior to this role, Julia worked as an intern for the Senate Finance Committee.
Julia is a third-generation Washingtonian. She grew up in Washington, DC, and currently lives in the Kenwood neighborhood of Chevy Chase, MD, with her husband and two young sons.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT PAST AND PRESENT:
Julia currently serves on the Young Professionals Board of Sibley Memorial Hospital and the Steering Committee of the Johns Hopkins Women’s Center at Sibley Memorial Hospital. She is an active volunteer at her children’s school and in her neighborhood.
