I would like to express my deep appreciation for all the help and hard work of Susie Maguire and Chuck Holzwarth. They are the epitome of professionalism and went the extra mile to get the job done, from dog supervision to staging to monitoring closely the progress of the impending settlement.
I think my house was particularly caught up in the craziness of the current market. When an offer had been made, I was particularly impressed by the rapid response to my question about whether it could be determined what the contract prices were for other houses in my price range. Chuck and Susie dug in, as usual, and obtained information so that a decision could be made.
Moreover, they were particularly attentive and supportive during an extremely stressful and traumatic life event. They were also great fun and I feel that they are now lifelong friends, not just realtors passing in the night!
