PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Beth began her professional career as an elementary school teacher in a Cincinnati inner-city school. Upon moving to Arlington, she transitioned into sales and marketing and then to commercial and residential real estate, ultimately becoming a Vice President at The Alan I. Kay Companies, a real estate development firm.
As a 20-year resident of Arlington and Loudoun Counties, Beth brings a unique expertise in balancing life in both urban and rural settings to her clients. Beth, her husband, and two children divide their time between a condominium in Rosslyn and a restored 18th-century farmhouse on a working cattle farm in western Loudoun County.

Beth brings to her clients her combined understanding of the real estate market along with well- honed negotiating, sales, and marketing skills. She has developed a strategy to bring homes to the market that will ultimately yield to the Sellers a top market price. When representing Buyers, Beth diligently works with her clients to find the absolute best home at the best price. She genuinely cares for each of her clients and brings to them a warm and gracious personality.
