As far as realtors go, Jim Kaull marches to the beat of a different drummer. Not surprising, then, that the E Street Bandís Max Weinberg got it right when he said five stars were not enough. I certainly can attest to that, too. Jim made a seemingly overwhelming process of selling my house an efficient and successful project. He had great instincts and advice, and was responsive and calm to the end. I thank my lucky stars I had him on my team.
Jim is an amazing realtor. I put all of my trust in Jim when I needed to sell my late relativeís home in DC while I was across the country. He was amazing to work with and always had my best interest in mind. He really filled in a lot of roles with myself not able to be present. Using all of his great contacts, he got the house ready as if it were his own, and it was sold in a day! I am so lucky Jim handled the sale and I would definitely recommend him. He is experienced, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.
Having purchased our home in the Kalorama neighborhood of Washington, D.C., in December 2015, we could not be happier with the total and personalized service, way beyond anything we'd ever experienced with a realtor, provided by Jim Kaull and his team. Frankly, five stars are not enough. From the moment we met through overseeing a number of sub-contractors we needed when we were out of town, Jim was helpful, engaged, knowledgeable, and totally on top of every detail! We give Jim Kaull our highest recommendation.
We worked with Jim in the successful sale of our DC investment condo. He was most helpful and went out of his way to help us make improvements to the unit to make the best impression on any prospective buyers. He arranged to stage the apartment, and we were able to get the asking price. When the time comes to sell the house we have lived in for nearly 50 years, he will, without question, be our choice. He is a five star realtor!
Jim is the best realtor in DC. We have worked with Jim for almost 15 years and would rely on him for any real estate transaction. Jim knows the DMV inside out; he is honest, three purchases and one sale for, us and we recommend him without reservation.
Thank you, Jim.
Jim is the best realtor we've worked with! (And with our jobs, we have bought and sold homes annually for the last 4 years.) He is an absolute expert on DC, he is creative in how he searches for homes, he is timely, and he has a great network and can often find homes before they are available. Not only that, but he's extremely efficient. We enlisted his help at 8 pm on a Friday night as we were coming in from out of town for a short house-hunting trip. Our original realtor had cancelled last-minute (argh). Jim had a list of homes for us to see the next day, and by that afternoon (less than 24 hours after we hired him) we had a signed contract! We will definitely work with him again and we are constantly recommending him.
Jim Kaull is a very professional real estate agent who will manage the sale of your house and coordinate all of the key components which will lead to a successful sale. Jim is a thorough professional who will have the confidence of all parties to the transaction. I live in another state and was absent during most the whole process of selling our family home in Washington, DC, in 2015. I relied on Jim to take care of almost everything having to do with getting the house ready, finding a buyer, and negotiating the sale. Jim always answers his phone or text messaging, so he is never out of reach.
You will not be in better hands than Jim's.
Woohoo! Thanks for everything, Jim. I canít say how much I appreciate all of your hard work on getting us to this point in our move to California. You are now a big part of a few major ďfirstsĒ in my life (first home purchase, first home sale) and have given me some good stories to tell too!
Jim was the perfect agent for us. He understood what we were looking for. He was patient - we looked for a long time before buying. Most importantly, we trusted his judgment and were confident that he would share with us his views about the houses we were looking at, from location, to layout, to HVAC and utilities. Jim has our strongest recommendation.
Thanks for everything, we really enjoyed working with you and will definitely recommend you to friends. Please pass on your mailing address, as Fiona and I have a small gift for you.
On another note, after we got the keys and went to the house I proposed to Fiona - and she said yes. We are now engaged! I thought you might like to know. We love the house and are excited to move in.
