We loved working with Amy and connected very well with her. She was extremely responsive and flexible to work around our schedules. When we were outbid on a home we really wanted, Amy assured us we would find another. She was right; in fact, we found a much better home that didn't need any major renovations, was move-in ready, and for less money!
My wife and I wanted to share our sincere appreciation for your superb assistance and willingness to go above-and-beyond during our home sale experience! You helped us reach success through the listing to settlement processes at a difficult time in the home sales market. We especially noted your remarkable efforts by marketing our home through multiple open houses and mailers, informing prospective buyers about the home’s attributes, and updating our web presence; providing strategic buyer feedback to help us adjust and improve our sales terms and appeal; contacting other realtors to be sure to show the home to their clients; and visiting the home/performing small chores (i.e., bed spreads, towels, watering flowers, moving garbage cans) to help us sell the home after we moved out. In addition, you were always available to discuss the current status and actions required to maintain buyer interest and move forward with changes whenever we called. While we acknowledge being demanding sellers who grew frustrated as our listing time increased due to the challenging market conditions, we always appreciated your ability to maintain a professional demeanor, especially as we confronted additional disappointment when prospective buyers did not go forward with their contracts. Eventually all your efforts paid off and we received an offer at our asking price and closed on time! Even though it was the right time for us to move, your assistance made a stressful process easier to deal with. I wish you well going forward and once again wanted to voice our gratitude for all your efforts on our behalf.
We can’t thank Amy Davis enough for her expertise in buying our home in Northern Virginia. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, not to mention a pleasure to work with. We were coming from out of state, and Amy went above and beyond to help us with this transition. We felt lucky to have Amy every step of the way in our process and would definitely recommend Amy for your real estate needs.
