In the summer of 2021 Liz guided us successfully in selling our 80-year-old Chevy Chase house. She advised us on which aspects needed to be improved to the best possible condition, suggested replacements for a few out-of-style ceiling light fixtures, and in numerous other ways helped to make the house even more appealing to potential buyers. We ultimately decided the best approach was to use a staging professional while we moved out, employing the person long relied upon by Liz, who created an excellent design. Liz arranged subcontractors to make exact floor-plan measurements and attractive photographs, which she then incorporated with a good description of the home's features into the sales brochure and web page. She even had other agents view and assess the property to discern the optimal asking price. Two bids were received shortly after the open house, and Liz worked with us and negotiated with the other parties to decide on the best one. She then guided us through the final closing process. All in all, we were thrilled with Liz's expertise, knowledge of the local market, responsiveness, and professional thoroughness throughout the preparation and selling period.
